Calls come from telecom.calls by campaign. Jobs come from job_planning.jobs by campaignid, counted in the month the job was created. Revenue is the invoice total on those jobs from accounting.invoices. "Other" calls are calls that were neither booked, excused nor abandoned. Campaign spend lives in the Marketing ROI report.
